My wife and I engaged Mr. McWilliams as our buyer agent when we purchased our first home in 2010. If I had to describe Mr. McWilliams in one word it would be "competent" because of his uncanny ability to get the job done. To give you a little background my wife and I were living in an apartment where the lease was expiring in October of 2010. Our mortgage broker promised a close date that would make for a seamless move from our apartment to our first home. As the closing date approached, the date became less and less clear but Mr. McWilliams stayed on top of everyone involved and made sure that we closed on our preferred date. His persistence and follow through helped us get the deal we wanted within the timing we were expecting. When buying a home there are always ambiguous moments but Mr. McWilliams helped make everything clear with an open line of communication through out the entire process. We recommend him to any first time or experienced buyer if customer service is important to you.
